His leadership journey is defined by remarkable resilience and strategic foresight in the face of extreme adversity. The company faced a critical threat due to a severe breach of trust by two co-founders while he was away on business. They covertly established a competing business, pressured employees to defect, and deceitfully attempted to poach clients by falsely claiming the new venture was simply a rebranding of the original company. In response to this profound sabotage, he took decisive corrective action. Rallied by his leadership, he united the remaining co-founder and dedicated employees to stabilize and successfully rebuild the organization.
Furthermore, amidst Myanmar's severe political crisis, hyperinflation, and unprecedented economic downturn—a challenging climate where many businesses were forced to shut down—he not only sustained the company’s operations but steered it toward continuous growth and advancement.
Under his leadership, he spearheaded the creation of new digital products and gateways, and prioritized rigorous research and development (R&D).
